John M. Peruto, Jr. primarily focuses on development, operations, and acquisitions for Philadelphia Suburban Development Corp., a full-scale commercial real estate development firm in its 3rd generation as a family-owned and operated business. A 2010 graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, and a 2016 graduate of Villanova’s MBA program, John has been with PSDC for over six years and currently reports directly to executive management.
